It was such a pleasure to see our neighbors and friends at The Sentinel for Welcome Home Hour of Hope. Thank you to all who attended and supported Neighborhood House for this event. Together we raised funds to support our neighbors.
Neighbors like Habiba, who shared her story of leaving Afghanistan in fear of the Taliban with nothing but a backpack; now she has a home where she feels safe and strong.
Neighbors like Diamond, who sees a new future for herself and her children thanks to Head Start.
Together we can create a future where everyone has safe shelter and healthy food, and where our children are cared for and our seniors are engaged.
