EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:
Chris Chiacchierini
Chris joined Neighborhood House in 2017, having worked with nonprofits since 1991. Previously, he served missions centered on youth homelessness and chemical dependency; his work also centered on personal care for adults with developmental disabilities, education, employment, and affordable health care. Chris received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he was active in the Center for Social Concerns, and his master’s from Eastern Washington University. Chris lives in Portland with his wife and three boys.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:
Kevin Tabor
Originally from Detroit Michigan, Kevin has a BA in Accounting/Finance and an MBA in Global Management. His career has taken him to Chicago and the Silicon Valley prior to his move to Portland in 1997. In 2019, his career transitioned towards the non-profit world – helping individuals/families out of homelessness, health services, and food insecurity.
Kevin has been a volunteer for many non-profit organizations during his time in the Northwest. He lives in NW Portland.

Jessica Nguyen
Jessica Nguyen serves as the Director of Education, overseeing Head Start, School Age and Parenting programs. Her unique blend of early education and adult learning expertise makes her an exceptional leader, capable of inspiring and guiding both educators and families alike. Throughout her career, Jessica has consistently demonstrated a passion for working with diverse communities and underserved populations. She looks to create inclusive environments where every adult and child has an equal opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
