As the Food Pantry program has grown to serve nearly triple the number of its pre-COVID users, and as food delivery has become a staple of service for the program, the current pantry site in Multnomah Village has come up short.
We envision a new space that offers an improved experience for program users and staff, allowing us to serve all food-insecure households in need on the west side of Portland. We are currently seeking a location with better parking, better access to public transportation, increased “shopping” space, improved delivery capabilities, and more.
