Join Kerry Goldring on Wednesdays from 1pm to 2:30pm, where together, we will learn how to cultivate mindfulness with an emphasis on embodiment and self-kindness, deepening our capacity to be fully present for all that arises, inviting a greater sense of ease into our daily life.

Free, no registration required. Held the second Wednesday of each month from 12pm-1pm in a Senior Center activity room.

Need help around the house with small jobs? Call the Senior Center for details. As available.
Senior Health Insurance Benefits Counseling (SHIBA) - by appointment
Trained volunteer counselors answer Medicare and Senior Health Insurance questions in private hour long sessions. Free. Call 503-988-3646 for assistance.
Senior Law Project - by appointment
This service is available if either you or your spouse is 60+ years of age and is a Multnomah County resident. The initial 30-minute consultation is free, regardless of income. Further assistance may be available for those meeting income guidelines. Local attorneys donate their time for this valuable service.
