1-2pm Tuesdays (in-person), led by Catherine Holder. Suggested donation: $3/class. Beginners should take the class at 2pm, Tai Chi for Better Balance.

1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m: Exploring Embodied Kindness (in-person)
Mindfulness practices enhance physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Join Kerry Goldring on Wednesdays from 1pm to 2:30pm, where together, we will learn how to cultivate mindfulness with an emphasis on embodiment and self-kindness, deepening our capacity to be fully present for all that arises, inviting a greater sense of ease into our daily life.
Suggested donation: $3/class.
Class held weekly starting Jan. 17.

Foot Care Clinic - held once/month on Fridays by appointment
Twenty-minute appointments with skilled foot-care nurse, held monthly. Cost: $40 payable to the nurse. By appointment. Call the Senior Center to make an appointment.

Computer Lab - available during Center hours
Computers & Reading Magnifier are available for use during open hours of the Senior Center, 9am to 3:30pm M-F. Free. WiFi also available.
Foot Care Clinic - by appointment
Twenty-minute appointments with skilled foot-care nurse, held monthly. Cost: $40 payable to the nurse. By appointment. Call the Senior Center to make an appointment.
Handyman Assistance - by appointment
Need help around the house with small jobs? Call the Senior Center for details. As available.
Senior Health Insurance Benefits Counseling (SHIBA) - by appointment
Trained volunteer counselors answer Medicare and Senior Health Insurance questions in private hour long sessions. Free. Call 503-988-3646 for assistance.
Senior Law Project - by appointment
This service is available if either you or your spouse is 60+ years of age and is a Multnomah County resident. The initial 30-minute consultation is free, regardless of income. Further assistance may be available for those meeting income guidelines. Local attorneys donate their time for this valuable service.
